Sneaky Sloth — Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of Sneaky Sloth (“the app”, “we”, “us”), published by Haglo Limited. By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don’t use the app.
Licence to use the app
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Sneaky Sloth for your own non-commercial entertainment on Apple devices you own or control, in line with the Apple Standard End User Licence Agreement, which applies to this app in addition to these Terms. Where these Terms and Apple’s standard EULA conflict, the term more protective of you as a consumer applies.
Subscriptions (“Sneaky Sloth Pro”)
Some features — including hosting multiplayer games across multiple phones and access to the full category library — require a paid subscription, Sneaky Sloth Pro. Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription on the plans and prices shown in the app and on the App Store at the time of purchase.
- Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Free trial. Where a free trial is offered, any unused portion of a trial is forfeited if you buy a subscription during the trial. If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription at the price shown.
- Managing & cancelling. You can view, change, or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID → Subscriptions, or via “Manage subscription” inside the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Payments & refunds. All payments are processed by Apple under your App Store account; we never see your card details. Refunds are handled by Apple under its standard policies.
Acceptable use
Sneaky Sloth is a party game meant for fun. You agree not to use it unlawfully, to harass other players, to enter content that is illegal, hateful, obscene, threatening, or infringing, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the app or our servers.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. Player names and drawings are created live by players in a private, invite-only room and are not stored by us. Even so, we do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive users. If you encounter either, you can leave the room at any time, and you can report it to us at support@sleepyslothapp.com. We aim to respond within 24 hours and, where these Terms are breached, we may suspend or permanently remove the responsible user’s access to multiplayer.
Content you enter
Player names you type and drawings you make are shared with other players in your multiplayer room so the game can work. You’re responsible for the content you create, and you confirm you have the right to share it. This is transient game data — see our Privacy Policy for how it’s handled.
Intellectual property
The app, its artwork, name, and logo are owned by Haglo Limited and protected by law. These Terms don’t transfer any ownership in the app to you.
Disclaimer & liability
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including your statutory rights as a consumer). Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest version; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
