Terms of Purchase
1. Who these terms are with
These Terms of Purchase are between you and Dancing Sloth Games, operated by Haglo Limited of United Kingdom.
2. What you can buy
SlothSays may offer optional digital products, including subscriptions and one-time in-app purchases that unlock game features or content.
3. How billing works
- Store billing. All purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Payment method. Charges are made to the payment method linked to your store account.
- Taxes. Prices shown in the store may include applicable taxes depending on your region.
4. Subscriptions
- Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
- Renewal timing. Renewal is usually charged within 24 hours before period end.
- Price changes. If pricing changes, the app store notifies you and lets you manage or cancel.
- Trial conversion. Free trials or intro pricing convert to paid plans unless cancelled before renewal.
5. Managing and cancelling
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current billing period.
6. Refunds
Refunds are handled by the app store where you made the purchase:
- Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google Play: Google Play refund help
Where local consumer law gives you a non-waivable right to a refund, that statutory right is not limited by these terms.
7. Access and restoration
If you change devices, use the same store account and select Restore Purchases in the app where available. Access to paid content may depend on successful store receipt validation.
8. Failed payments and suspension
If a renewal payment fails, the app store may retry payment and your paid access may be paused or ended until billing succeeds.
